Kindness and Generosity

At John F. Kennedy Elementary School, kindness and generosity were not just values that the teachers talked about; they were values that were lived out every day. The students at JFK were taught to be kind to one another and to be generous with their time and resources, and they took those lessons to heart.

One day, the school held a food drive to help the local food bank. The students were asked to bring in non-perishable food items to donate. The goal was to collect as much food as possible so that families in need could have enough to eat.
